Cheddar-Bacon Florida Sweet Corn


  • 4 ears fresh Florida corn
  • Sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Bacon


  1. Place shucked corn directly on a hot grill.
  2. Rotate and cook corn until charred and cooked, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let cool for 5 minutes and spread sour cream on warm corn.
  5. Roll the corn in grated cheddar cheese and top with crumbled, cooked bacon.
  6. Portions of toppings based on preference.
