We conduct an in-depth evaluation of every domestic and foreign supplier we source from to ensure they meet our company's comprehensive and robust food safety standards. Straight From The Farm complies with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Handling Practices (GHP), and the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) administered by the FDA.
We require all fresh, ready-to-eat produce suppliers to comply with GAP and GHP programs. In addition, our food safety managers assess each supplier for the adequacy of their food safety control programs like HACCP and other essential food safety standards such as sanitation practices, good manufacturing practices, employee hygiene, foreign material control, quality management systems, recall & traceability, and production methods.
