Fruit Parfaits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh Florida strawberries, blueberries or your favorite fruit, sliced if desired
  • 8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 6 gingersnaps, crushed, or 4 graham crackers, crushed

Directions:

  1. Layer fruit, yogurt and gingersnaps.
  2. Serve cold.
