How Long do I have to submit a return/exchange?
- Our return and exchange policy lasts 5 days starting from the date of delivery.
What items are non-refundable?
For food safety reasons, we are only able to exchange the following products only
- Produce
- Meats
- Diary
- Eggs
- Opened food packages
Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?
- There are no charges for returns or exchanges
- The $3.99 delivery charge is waived for the first return/exchange request, any subsequent return/exchange request for the same order will incur a $3.99 delivery charge.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for any return/exchange request.
How do I return/exchange?
- Click here to start a return/exchange request. Once on the returns page enter your order number and email address in the fields and click find my order.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund/Exchange?
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within 5-10 business days.
- We will pick up and swap items during our next delivery day, or have the items swapped during your next scheduled delivery, whichever is sooner. We deliver every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Once your return is received and inspected we will issue a refund if your item is returnable. Otherwise, you will have the option to exchange for another item or store credit.
Please note we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
